It was established in 2009 as a sole proprietorship by Azhar Saldulker as a law practice. At first, the business operated as a small boutique firm in Sea Point. Following this, it relocated in 2012 to the Central Business District, Wale Street, Waalburg Building, Cape Town.  

Business enterprise AZS ATTORNEYS INC. was incorporated as a legal entity (personal liability company) in 2013.
